This small San Anselmo bungalo was in desperate need of an upgrade, as can be seen in the photo below. The owners wanted to completely upgrade - almost from the ground up - the living areas, which now consist of a formal living room, a chef's kitchen, two bedrooms and baths, and an office/5th bedroom.  A second level was added to incorporate a large master suite with large closet, a fourth bedroom, a laundry room and a child's play nook.
