The owners found this "developer-grade" house stepping down the hilly property.  They saw the potential and requested some rearrangement of spaces and a total overhaul of all the finishes, from high-end kitchen cabinets to the curved glass in the master shower.  The improvements also included a new home gym, home offices, and a world-class wine cellar.
